Hello!

Let me introduce myself,

I'm Renia Bigham

 Coach Queenie B!

​

I have a Bachelors & Masters in Psychology as well as certification as a Life & Health coach.

 I'm a single mom of two girls that I raised while also going to college full-time.

I have been through a lot of things in my own life; as a child/teen I experienced domestic violence, homelessness, feeling unworthy, ugly, alone, depressed, etc., which of course led into my adulthood.

I wouldn't be who I am today without these experiences, I am very grateful for my life and the way things happened! I have learned to be compassionate for myself and to accept myself for all that I am! I learned to accept my flaws, learned to love myself and know that I am deserving of good things; that for me to help others, I was meant to experience all that I have! I also learned I needed to take care of myself so that I could truly help others! I have done the work (still do), though at times it was hard!

All of this is so worth it to be able to support those that need my help & guidance.

I have worked many jobs in my life and have found that my calling is to help those that are ready to receive the help or guidance I have to offer.

We all have hard times and are doing the best we can to move forward. There are times though that we feel that to move forward there are things that we need changing within ourselves or even the world around us.
